As California MOBILE NOTARY, I primarily travel to the client, as opposed to most notaries where the prospective clients come to them. I am licensed to work throughout the state, but the great majority of my business is in San Diego County. As a point of information, only notaries specifically licensed in California are qualified to notarize in the state.
As CERTIFIED NOTARY LOAN SIGNING AGENT, I have passed the three-part exam offered by the National Notary Association (of which I am a member in good standing) and which also means I have experience in dealing with loan signings and other real estate and financial institution transactions. Signing agents also traditionally travel to the borrower’s designated location thereby making it more convenient for everyone involved (i.e.: RE, lender, title company, closing agent, etc.). I am available virtually anytime, nights, weekends and holidays, too.
